“Spacious unit, great for families”

Liked: Spacious unit, having two bathrooms was definitely a plus for a family of four. Staff members were all very friendly and helpful. Easily walkable to a small shopping centre.

Disliked: Pool temperature was a bit cold. It was also rather crowded when we were there.

Liked: Everything. Our room was perfect. The staff were very friendly. It was a memorable stay.

Disliked: I was charged twice for my room. First on Booking.com and secondly at check-in. As a result of this I’m short $40 which I think is unfair and I should be reimbursed.

“Good overall with a couple of very minor complaints”

Disliked: Bit of damage on some areas in my 2 story suite for a high price. But/ high quality bath products though. They weren’t the correct ones (body lotions instead of shampoo) i had to go ask for the correct range) very minor issue but annoying to do mid shower. No ice tray in freezer but I think they provide one. Nice shop to buy things, Just some tiny basics that didn’t bring it to a higher rating. Could use more than one(1) laundry detergent when there’s a full laundry setup with a dryer, guests are going to annoy reception for more anyway so it just makes it feel cheap even though it’s a nice place, better to not cheap out on the first few things that a guest will need. This would also make reception less busy Service could be a bit more friendly and helpful but they were very busy with check ins.
