Liked: Beautiful location with sunset views. Comfy beds and lounge areas to hang out. Kitchen was well equipped and came with a nice espresso machine. Very clean and picture perfect. Amazing attentive staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay extra special and gave us a lot of recommendations during our stay. Breakfast was delicious!!

Disliked: I wish the hot tub had more option to for it get hotter. The jets were not as strong as we would have liked.

Staff is very very nice, they also gave me a white wine as a gift The hotel has a stunning view Facilities are well-equipped especially the kitchen A small downside is if you stay in room 5-6-7, you won’t have access to the rooftop areas like other rooms.

Liked: From the moment we arrived at Merovigliosso, we felt genuinely welcomed. Alfredo and the Kostas went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a room with a balcony overlooking the breathtaking views of Santorini. The room was beautiful, clean, and made our stay even more memorable. What truly sets this hotel apart is the incredible level of care and kindness from the staff. Before checking in, I was dealing with a problem involving another hotel reservation. kostas personally called Booking.com several times on my behalf and even arranged transportation for me to visit the other hotel in an effort to help me obtain a refund. That level of dedication is something I have never experienced before. During our stay, my friend became ill, and Alfred even went to the pharmacy to get medication for her. Their compassion and willingness to help made us feel like family rather than guests. To top it all off, they surprised us with thoughtful gifts at check-out, which was such a kind and memorable gesture. If you’re looking for outstanding hospitality, beautiful accommodations, and a team that genuinely cares about their guests, I cannot recommend Merovigliosso enough. Thank you, Kostas and Alfred for making our trip so special. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santorini. 100% recommended!

Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: Someone was at the property to meet us and hand over keys. We were running late for a sailing cruise due to the ferry being late and the property helped to arrange a private transfer from the port to help us out. The room had an amazing view of the caldera and a lovely breakfast was provided on all days. The property provided a number of recommendations via WhatsApp and was very easy to communicate with.

Disliked: Being in Imerovigli, just know it is a bit more quiet and fewer immediately available restaurants, etc. - but still a few nearby options and fairly easy to get to Fira if needed.

This was my first time experiencing such a luxurious stay. The airport pickup was smooth. I was allowed to check in before 12 pm, and after relaxing for a while, I immediately went for a walk to see the caldera. Unlike the hustle and bustle of Fira and Oia, I was able to enjoy the wonderful view in tranquility. Since there was a kitchen, I didn't go to a restaurant and ate meals in my room while admiring the beautiful scenery. I relaxed in the large bathtub, and the wine I enjoyed while watching the night view from the terrace was exceptional. Breakfast was delivered to my room, so I enjoyed it on the sofa by the poolside. Even after check-out, the owner drove me to the airport. Considering that a taxi transfer would cost €20, this kindness was wonderful. Thanks to them, I had more time in the morning and was able to take a leisurely walk to Skaros Rock. I would highly recommend this to anyone seeking tranquility over the crowds of Fira and Oia. Thanks to Kostas, Freddy, and the woman who cleaned my room so beautifully.
