“Super nice place”

“super clean and friendly staff”
When it comes to a luxury experience that won't break the bank, this place provides more than just that. The room is spacious with a meticulous and astute design. They also gave us a plate of fruit and cookies as a compliment for our stay. Their staff is friendly and approachable.

“Exceptional”
The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. They had a birthday cake and congratulations for the guest on their birthday. The pool is warm and the food is delicious and served hot. Will definitely return on future visits to Dalat.

“Family trip”
A relax holiday and a clean hotel with comfortable bed and good hot shower. However, as mentioned, this is Conference Hotel, many delegates around the facility

“Would not stay here again”
Liked: New hotel but service was disappointing.
Disliked: The check in counter employees were very stuck up, every time I ask them for something it’s like I’m talking to a wall. The gym is right at the pool, for a “5 star” hotel they need to upgrade the fitness center better. Also I lost my gold necklace at this hotel (it was in a box and the whole box got stolen) I reached out to them but they didn’t seem to care. It was my fault for trusting a “5 star” hotel, just be careful with your belongings.

5-star standard. Because it’s newly built everything is top-notch, the location is good, and the view is beautiful.

“Top KS in Da Lat”
The staff were very helpful during check-in; absolutely satisfied. The hotel is new and beautiful, with a spacious underground car park. The pool is warm and has a separate children's area.
