Nicest place so far in Dalat. So convenient!
About the location, I think the hotel is a bit far from the center, but in terms of amenities it’s truly an experience worth trying. It’s a new, modern hotel that uses multiple smart technologies for management. Although there are no staff on site, every time I chatted with the hotline I received very enthusiastic support.
The room was clean, the staff were super sweet and very helpful, the location isn’t too far from the center so getting around is very convenient — highly recommend 🫶🏻
It was a bit stuffy because it coincided with the rainy season. There were a lot of things we were told we couldn't do, so it wasn't a comfortable place to stay. If you don't have a motorbike you'll practically starve. The hotel is newly built so it was clean. In short: clean but not comfortable.
They have smart lockers that are big enough to store carry-on and checked bags. There’s smart tv in the room with very good view. Location is convenient and accessible. There’s a soccer field across the street so you might hear them playing when leaving the window open. No a/c but there’s a ceiling fan. The shower has hot water
The hotel is very clean, check-in was easy, and it’s close to nearby attractions and the city. The room, bathroom, and the entire building interior are all very clean. It’s also in a quiet area, so there was no noise at night and I was able to get a good night’s sleep. Highly recommended.

The shower drainage design is a bit puzzling. Water splashes all the way to the sink area. After showering, the drain is slow so you have to wait for the water to go down. It drains more slowly than in a private home bathroom. There is a bathtub, but I didn't use it. There’s a curtain, and whether from the splashing or something else it’s started to grow mold — it’s okay for now but over time it will likely get quite moldy, which isn’t good. If you request something via messenger, they respond immediately. They didn’t change the towels on the second day, but when I asked via messenger they brought them right away. There’s a gym on the second floor with an expensive treadmill, but there’s no air conditioning, so I personally didn’t like it. Fitness enthusiasts might enjoy it.
