Liked: Staff was great help me get to and from the airport at odd times

Disliked: Don't leave the A/C on full blast in middle of October. Checked in at 1130 pm coming from Texas where it was 95 degrees and walk into a freezing room. Just for reference I live in New England, so I am used to the cold it was in the 60's in Philly that day.

“Stay was very unpleasant.”

Liked: The room was dirty. They did now wipe down the room properly. The microwave inside was dirty. The mini fridge was also dirty. The bathroom sink had hair and the shower was was not clean correctly. We tried to get disinfectant wipe and none was available. Cut my stay short due to the condition of the room and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Disliked: Provide a better cleaning service and have supervision check behind their employees and their work areas.

“Will never come here again, and will make sure my family that visits frequently will never stay here either.”

Liked: Location.

Disliked: The hallways and rooms were disgusting. Are they even vacuumed at all? The Window seat was crusty with a white substance. There was black hairs all over the white sheet. There was dust along every wall in the room. The Tile was so grimmy I was sliding in place. We didn't even take our shoes off the floor was so dirty. And finally the hallways were a terrible mixture between BO and incence.
