Rooms are very clean and staff extremely jelpful and friendly

Poor communication. The staff were inadequately trained and did not demonstrate respect for privacy or informed consent.

Paid *** odd for one night stay, which was definitely overpriced. Apart from it’s location, which is close to Kowloon City and Kai Tak Sports Park, and maybe the view if you got a sea view room, I don’t see the hotel was worth the price I paid. Only one main electric socket is in the room with no other USB port available. The room is also a bit run down with water sipping from the window coz it was raining. Even the electronic door lock system was down and I had to have staff took me back to the room each time I returned. Overall, if you don’t expect much and the price is around *** then you can consider booking.

Checked In on 10/7/2026 late evening: assigned to room 904. Once inside the room I noticed a foul smell like drainage or sewage. The room mirror was cloudy. Feeling eerie about the room and was too tired and went to bed. I am not sure if the room insulation were poor as heard screaming and shouting. 11/7/2026: I was out almost the whole day and returned late in the night. Cons: Safety Hazard: The air conditioning unit leaked overnight. This flooded the room and caused me to slip and fall on my way to the washroom in the morning on 12/7/2026 Customer Service: When I reported these critical issues, the staff showed zero accountability or empathy. The representative dismissively asked "what more can they do." Zero Compensation: Despite the physical fall caused by their poorly maintained room, management flatly rejected my reasonable request for a USD 20 compensation to cover my airport transport. Informed the hotel service and was told it's due to recent damp weather which is untrue. Hotel staff gave many reasons like aircon temperature setting and etc (if this is the case hotel should lock the setting to prevent guest from setting to their comfort level. However, I found this reasons invalid) I immediately asked for check out as do not wish to stay any longer. It was so stressful and unpleasant to have gone through such incidents of bad environment and lack of safety with a fake customer service. Will I stay in this hotel again: a) Foul Odour: The room smelled intensely of drainage and sewage pipes, making the stay deeply uncomfortable.Appalling b) Verdict: Do not stay here. The rooms are poorly maintained, unsafe, and the management completely lacks basic hospitality standards and empathy for guest safety. c) Safety hazard (Avoid this hotel at all costs. The rooms are dangerous and poorly maintained, and the staff lacks basic empathy for guest safety).

In general, it is a good option for budget hotel. The view is perfect as we were arranged to a sea view room on 17/F. Improvement is required on the air conditioning system. The air conditioning was too cold and made the floor all wet when it was turning down.

Don’t know why find a dirt of the towel, another towel is broken. Chose non-smoking room however got some smoke smell Power socket at one side not in between of 2-bed. Another socket under the table which is not convenience

The price-performance ratio is very high, with hotel prices, rooms, and services! The transportation is very convenient, close to To Kwa Wan MTR Station (about 7-8 minutes walk), with red minibuses and green minibuses (about 10 minutes drive to Mong Kok). A taxi to Mong Kok costs about HK$50, which means it is well connected to the extensive transportation network in Hong Kong.
