The stay was mixed overall. Wi-Fi, breakfast and hot water were the main positives, while the location, cleanliness and staff service were fairly average. Housekeeping was disappointing, sleep was not especially restful and the facilities felt limited. Considering the overall experience, the value for money was not particularly convincing.

Very disappointing and deeply concerning experience. I chose Hotel Milano & SPA Beyazit because it was affordable and I was on vacation in Istanbul. Unfortunately, what happened during my stay was extremely serious!!! After the first night, I noticed that the zippers on my backpack had been opened. I was certain that I had left them closed. At that time, I checked my belongings and did not find any missing money, so I decided not to make an issue of it. On the day of checkout I carefully checked my belongings before leaving the room. I went downstairs for breakfast and then returned to the room only to discover that some money from my wallet was missing. I immediately informed the hotel and told them that I would contact the police and report the incident. The manager then asked the housekeeping lady to hand over the phone so that I could speak directly with him. During the conversation, the manager told me that he would reimburse me for the money that had been stolen. This response made the situation even more concerning. If the hotel management was not responsible, I do not understand why the manager offered to pay back the stolen money. I strongly recommend that Agoda and the hotel management investigate this incident seriously. Guests should be able to leave their personal belongings in their rooms without having to worry about them being accessed or stolen. The hotel may be affordable but in my experience, the security and handling of guests’ belongings were unacceptable. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

I really liked this hotel, but when I was there, I suffered from taking showers since there was no hot water, but everything else is super good

No internet receptionist will always lie telling it's not their problem, but it's a local problem when they actually have two wifis and the other one works perfectly fine, no hot water, staff will enter your room without your consent I was seen half naked because they wanted to fix something broken in my room and he couldn't bother to check if it was taken or not, the room smells bad and is dirty I couldn't take it, the only good thing about this hotel are the kitchen's staff they are nice people. I would never ever choose this hotel again, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
