Liked: The desk staff and cleaning staff were very good.

Disliked: No Bacon or porridge for breakfast. The floor plan was awkward with level 1 being split.

Liked: It’s the best stay there near all the facilities of transport. It’s very clean and they respect privacy The staff are very gentle especially Ahmet and his crew. They help a lot. The food is very nice If i go back to istanbul i will stay for sure in this hotel!

Disliked: Nothing to say

Liked: Really cool hotel with an amazing location! The tram station is right next to the hotel, making it very easy to get around. Overall, the staff are amazing and very professional, especially the receptionists, who were incredibly helpful. The rooms are very clean, and the breakfast is excellent. Highly recommended!

Disliked: Even though I gave the property a score of 10, I would like to mention a couple of things that future guests should be aware of. First, the underground parking is extremely narrow for larger cars. We didn’t even know that we could park right in front of our apartment. In my opinion, guests booking an apartment rather than a standard hotel room should be informed about this parking option in advance. Secondly, there is a restaurant right next to the apartment that plays live music until midnight, which made it a little difficult to sleep. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend checking this in advance before making a reservation. That being said, we absolutely loved our stay, and to be honest, we will definitely be back! 😊

Liked: We had a full apartment booked and it was Very good value for money. Hotel staff was great, friendly, helpfull all time and very quickly solved any request. Breakfast was tasty and with enough variety (kids loved it). Good food for the in room service with plenty of options. Cleaning staff did a great job to service our appartment as we asked. Location was ok for us as it was easy to go to city center by tram. Plenty of historical monuments arround, from old churches to other. The apartment was quiet and got good rest. We found beds and pillows wery comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed and all appliances were new and worked well.

Disliked: Whilst it was clean enough when we arrived it could have been a bit better.

Liked: The location of the hotel was great all the tourist areas were not very far from it. The room was clean and breakfast was also nice and varied. The staff was super friendly and always willing to help, especially the young man who was the bellboy when we arrived and when we left, I forgot to take his name, he was great!

Disliked: Only had an issue with housekeeping once, when she didn't replace bathroom essentials. The jacuzzi was cold hence we couldn't use it wish it was warmer. Everything else was good.

Liked: Clean hotel, friendly staff, modern. Good cot for the baby.

Disliked: I didn't take the tram but wish location could have been more central.

Liked: Quite location

Disliked: Very bad sound proofing between rooms, it’s up to luck how noisy will your neighbors be, specially if he watches TV you will not sleep until he turns it off.

Liked: Everything was truly excellent, a comfortable stay, wonderful staff who offered the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality, we would definitely return if ever in Istanbul again. The tram stop is less than a 5 minute stroll and you can easily get in to the centre (Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar etc.) from there, it takes around 10 minutes by tram.

Disliked: Nothing, all was perfect.
