“Had a wonderful stay!”

Liked: Miyako hotel was a convenient location to our concert venue. The valet parking was great. Hotel was clean and there were tons of restaurants and shops nearby for easy walking access. Had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Clean and good location in little Tokyo. Lined the bidet toilet in the bathroom and nice and quiet room.

Disliked: Neighborhood around is a bit seedy. Also was hoping to do early check in but they were not able to accommodate us.

“Good hotel close to Union station”

This a very good hotel in the heart of Little Tokyo. Very clean with friendly staff. Lots of good restaurants to choose from. Room is large as is the bathroom even if not luxurious. Union station a 10/15” walk away.

“Japanese people feel secure.”

Thank you for taking care of us for three nights. It was reassuring to have staff who could speak Japanese. I was happy to find hot water dispensers and ice machines on the 4th and 9th floors, but the hot water on the 9th floor remained cold no matter how long we waited. I don't know if it was broken or if the hot water had just run out... When we went to the 4th floor, hot water came out. All the shampoos and conditioners were from L'Occitane. I would like to repeat this experience next time I visit.
