Liked: Great location, parking is provided, has Nespresso machine and knives.

Disliked: The towels are too old and have a smell.

Liked: Cosmetic remote

Liked: Great little studio apartment in an excellent location right along the river across from the Grand Hotel-Dieu. I appreciated the coffee provided for making ourselves in the morning. Important to note this apartment is up two flights of stairs, so take that into consideration if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Disliked: The listing says there is a 24-hour front desk, however that refers to online messaging and not someone in-person at a reception desk. You will not be able to store your bags in the building before/after check-in.

Liked: The property was great. Well appointed. Great layout. It’s close to numerous public transport. I enjoyed my walks through the historic district. Across the river.

Disliked: They have a problem that could be easily solved. They are tied to their own personal app. The problem lies in the fact. If you can’t open it. You’re out of luck. They also have an Ai phone number. Which is useless if you need help. I tried numerous times and ways to get hold of someone. That didn’t happen till Booking.Com stepped in. Two solutions. Have a PDF of all the information that would be on the app. Also have a folder presentation in the apt. To show and help everything in the apartment.

Liked: The room was wonderfoul but the access with the stairs was heavy because we had a big lugagge and we weren't expect that the property doesn' have elevator and this part is poor ilumination and is very durty.

Disliked: The property doesn't have elevators and is not clean this part of the entrance, the other thing was perfect the room and the facilities with the kitchen.

Liked: The location was ideal, offering great convenience for returning home and relaxing between business engagements.

Disliked: I had difficulty locating the car parking entrance and wish there had been more detailed instructions to guide me.

Liked: It was surprisingly well located being both a 5 minute walk to Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse in one direction and a similar walk into the heart of Lyon in the other. Being on the western side of the Rhone, you are also on the doorstep of the flotilla of barges converted into bars, as well as the ubiquitous fresh produce markets on Sundays. The apartment itself was clean and very modern with wireless technology deployed throughout.

Disliked: Four things: 1) I have never come across digital shower controls and they need to be turned completely off after use. We didn’t and couldn’t get the shower working again, however, a quick call to the manger solved this (although it required a remote reboot of the entire power supply to the apartment to accomplish). 2) Despite its modern aesthetic, the embedded shower head leaked and there was obvious water damage in the bathroom ceiling. 3) There was also a sliding panel missing from one of the storage cupboards which gave it an unfinished feel. 4) The apartment is up two flights of a spiral staircase. Stairs don't usually bother me but this was a tight spiral design which was a challenge with large suitcases.
