Disliked: My experience started with getting a different room than the one I booked. I had to explain that it wasn't suitable, then for one night I was given another one that was not as good as the one I booked. The staff at the reception said they would compensate for that night and promised a bottle of wine as an apology, which I also didn't get. The pool is nice but messy, with broken steps into the pool.
Liked: This was one of the best hotels I’ve had stayed in around the world. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The amenities are so nice. The infinity pool was one of the highlights of my stay. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel
Liked: The location was perfect especially if you want to be close but not in the middle of all the action in vlore. The view is incredible from the room and the pool. The breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: There were several things broken in the room. The mechanics of the curtains were broken so we couldn't enjoy the view. The man at the desk explained but having the power set up to only be on when the key is activated inside the room was inconvenient for the refrigerator and the air conditioning. Fortunately the window opens on one side and we got a nice breeze. I don't usually complain in a review, but in an establishment like this they should have repairs made and be able to afford the electricity to make it comfortable for their guests.
