“High-quality and comfortable hotel.”

I had the best time at the Monument Hotel. The location is wonderful, and the staff are amazing! The check-in was beautifully efficient, the doorman greeted us with a warm smile, and the cleaning staff offered a refreshing greeting. I am truly grateful. We stayed in the Barcelona Junior Suite with three family members, enjoying the stylish interior and clean space. Additionally, having two sinks made getting ready smooth. Choosing this hotel made our stay in Barcelona a wonderful memory. I definitely want to stay at the Monument Hotel again next time.

“Perfect”

Liked: Excellent location, friendly welcoming staff, and good services. Clean and spacious room.

Disliked: Mostly everything was great. I just wished our suite had twin beds, also the reception and waiting area needs to be more spacious

“Our favorite hotel in all the places we stayed in Spain.”

Liked: Loved the rooftop restaurant and the breakfasts were outstanding. It was our favorite way to start the day.

Disliked: It was quite expensive and it would have been nice to have a larger lobby area to lounge during rest periods.

“Perfect”

Liked: Overall, the Monument Hotel proved to be an excellent choice for my family's vacation. The attentiveness of the staff, excellent breakfast service, ampleness of the room sizes (I had 5 rooms), and overall cleanliness of this very modern hotel was exactly as advertised. When combined with the central location, I would definitely consider the Monument Hotel for my future vacation plans to Barcelona.

Disliked: Really, nothing negative to say about our stay; it was exceptional.

“That was comfortable, front door and concierge were excellent. Property management was subpar.”

Liked: The Concierge and door men were extremely friendly, polite and gave great customer service. We really appreciated their service.

Disliked: As busy tourist we were out all day and when we came back home to freshen up, there was no water and we never got any notification. We had dinner reservations and we did not feel adequately refreshed. I did not expect this from a four star hotel Very disappointed in how they handled this.
