Moonlight Nha Trang Hotel

Don't like to leave bad reviews so I'll be brief. Very noisy people banging above and on sides of you doors and drawers cabinets. Sounds like they're in the room with you booked for five nights. It was an accident meant to book moonlight further north in nha trang and I got moonlight in center Trang so unfortunately five nights here the last night there was a large party in the hall and a couple rooms down which went on till 6:00 a.m. yelling and singing and banging zero sleep also the air conditioner in the room I was in there was no way to shut it off. The remote wouldn't shut it off in the button on the unit. Wouldn't shut it off and you couldn't alter it either. It blowed steady cold air The hotel must be aware because it looks like the button for the power. Somebody smashed it in and it wasn't recent by any means so I didn't bother even telling the staff. Additionally, no do not disturb sign and every morning and some days twice they'd be banging on my door staff I must have told them eight times over 5 days not to bang on my door and no cleaning would be necessary. Just leave water at the door but apparently this was not okay with them. The window in the room is tiny and it only opens a crack. They've got screws to prevent it and there's bars on the outside so you kind of get that real prison feel The hotel was inexpensive but there are better values for your money in the area on the positive side The room was cleaning off the refrigerator worked. The shower was decent with good pressure And if you like the busy areas then the location was good and about 5-10 minute walk to the beach this was one of my more unpleasant experiences The noisy nights were untenable

Great hotel! Delicious food! One inconvenience that does not match the advertisement is the parking; it's inconvenient as the first person to arrive gets the parking spot! When it's full, you have to pay to park elsewhere. During my first visit, I was fined 500,000₫ for looking for a parking spot and being caught by the traffic police.

- Location: close to the beach, just a 10-minute walk, in a Russian tourist area and near the center, so food around is quite expensive, very crowded with tourists, especially Russians. - Room quality: the room for 4 people is very large, very spacious, no balcony but compensated by many windows, so it's bright and airy, very few power outlets for a room of 4, only 2 bedside outlets, the bathroom is clean and well-equipped. The blankets and towels have a few stains that are not completely clean. - Service: the hotel has a small pool, the elevator is very fast as it has up to 13 floors, friendly staff.

The room is fine, and the staff are enthusiastic. One issue is that there are no male security staff to assist with luggage; the female receptionists also take on that role.

Not value as 4-star hotel.

I had a big room by the time i booked its clean and the facilities are nice.

Everything was ok except it was noisy and need more attention to cleaning.

The hotel room was very clean, close to many places and convenient. The only dissatisfaction I had was the noisy construction, but nothing too bad. Good overall experience
