“Motel is/was closed for "renovation" despite booked in months advance. No communication, can't contact anyone”

I booked this motel months in advance for a concert, only to arrive on October 16 and discover that the property had been closed for weeks due to supposed renovations. I was never notified by email or given any prior notice that my reservation would be affected. To make matters worse, I couldn't reach anyone at the property when I arrived. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing to travel all that way expecting to have a place to stay, only to find out upon arrival that the motel was closed with absolutely no communication beforehand.DO NOT BOOK this place.

“Dont expect a lot and you won't be disappointed”

We were in town fir a buckeyes game weekend trip. This hotel was very affordable and I have no complaints about what we git fir the money. Just dont expect a 3 star hotel for the money. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I wouldn't recommend it to people who intend to spend a lot of time in there room but if your going to columbus and spending most of your time out and about this hotel will do you well for a clean place to sleep.

“Like sleeping on the ground”

Everything is the typical cheap hotel you’d expect. The lady at the front desk was very nice. No bugs. Homeless people outside by your car and room but cameras everywhere. My only HUGE complaint is that my back will never be the same from this uncomfortable bed. It is going to take days of recovery for me to not be in pain from this thing. Comfy sleep, cleanliness, and safety are most important to me.

“Affordable”

Needed a one night stay on my first trip to Indiana and it was right off the side of the interstate. Room was very cozy.

“Not for everyone”

Cheap, clean place for a night, if you don't mind a freight train or two during the night. With noise cancelling headphones - not so bad!
