“information incorrect”

deposit was not disclosed on this booking platform and was raised from $50 to $150. I am a travel agent and I understand if there is a deposit but the hotel needs to disclose that information on the screen with the rate of the room. then your customers will understand there rates and fees before the complete this booking. if not they are out money and can't stay in a room they paid for.

This place was absolutely disgusting! One towel in the room, blood stains on the carpet, bathroom had mold.

“Crack house”

First off the name of hitel on agoda is misleading which misleading seems to be their trend in names amd puctures. Gor hitels! But this place is nasty. When first pulling up you I encounterrd a redlight district vibe wound running around lto which only can be described as prostitution, etc.. Then I go check out the room ***the front desk gave me to look at and in the way same atmoshere of nasty. Get to the room open door to a horrible smoke smell of tobacco and whatever eles in a non smoking room! Tried to turn.lights on-NO LIGHTS-in any of the rooms! Left and refused to stay in such an enviroment! Ashame to because it was a huge efficency type room and the place at one time might have been nice. BUT NOT NOW!
