Lupe Laura and Jessica were so nice absolutely amazing staff taught have the housekeepers are nice e as well and did a great job cleaning have absolutely no complaints thanks to the gm christina who has trained her staff very well!!!!!

Price was right, stayed 2 days. Good location right off 1 of many freeways, Denny's and mini Mart on same property. No fridge or microwavein room. Stayed 2 days, when requested fresh towels I only got enough for 1 person. Room was clean and no Transient issues in parking lot. Would stay again if LA.

I contracted a rash on my body from sleeping on the clean sheets which looking closely had hair and debris from prior customer. Every morning there was no towels so I could shower. The person in the office every morning was watching TV and sitting on her ass. Instead of trying to catch up on work like washing towels or preparing for customer to come in for any matters, she sat there and greeted me from her comfy seat, and until I asked for what I need she finally gave me the same answer. You can wait until the manager comes and tell her your concerns. Then went right back to watching her daily shows at work. They were very dismissive on the customers request and felt like they pushed the matter on to the manager which wasn’t there at the time.

Liked: The only thing that I like is the location besides that is not clean on the stuff, especially the manager is really rude

Disliked: The front desk manager, she preferred to cancel a reservation and loose a client then fits a $20 charge for early check in that I paid online and she wants to overcharge me when I do the check in

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: The way I was treated by the receptionist at that place. She was giving me the wrong room not the one I requested and at the end she canceled my room. I traveled long distance and felt bad the way I was treated at that place and want to be compensated for that reason 😡

Liked: Only the location beside that everything is bad

Disliked: Nothing, the front desk manager wants me to pay a extra $20 dollars for a earlier check in when I already payed online and she cancel. My reservation in my face
