Motel 6 San Antonio, TX - Northwest Medical Center

Liked: Being able to get my key when I was locked up, no matter what the time

Disliked: I didn't like the fact that they advertised microwaves and refrigerators, and it wasn't true, and yet I was charged for it

Liked: Couldn’t sleep there was so much movement and conversation outside at 11pm. You can tell it’s not somewhere you want to be alone, bed was so uncomfortable could feel the springs I left at 3am after trying to sleep a bit, awful experience

Disliked: Everything

Liked: Location

Disliked: Cleanliness

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: Didn’t get my $50 deposit back

Liked: The staff was very nice

Disliked: There wasn’t a fridge or a microwave. The pillows were very thin.

Liked: The location is perfect

Disliked: Pillows need better pillows

Disliked: Noisy at night and couldn’t sleep, towels looked dirty room was dusty and air conditioning was barely working and was hot and I advised them at checkout and he didn’t say anything

Liked: Room was cool, despite high heat. Bed was comfy. liked Wi-Fi and TV. Had Table and chairs though shaky. Towels etc were good. Check-in was very smooth (at night window, despite my late arrival. Great access to fast food.

Disliked: Room seemed stark when arriving at 2 am. No decor. missing light fixture. Checked in through "Night Window". Sink stopper was detached. Sink would fill when water ran allowing drained items to come back up. (Because stopper was in closed position though detached.) I informed front desk and no effort was made to resolve it. Blankets on bed had many holes worn through. No pen or paper for writing, when my own pen broke.
