Give me disable room and I requested to change others room, told me full house! As I stay here for 3 nights! Such of good business or excuse? I’m dunno… anyhow I’ll not recommend even it’s near to the station. However nearby it’s plenty of better hotel

Staff service wasn’t good, couldn’t find reservation with our name, so read him the booking number but he wanted to see the confirmation. Room facility is pure basic, couldn’t offer water kettle on request. Suggest to go next door, plenty hotels around.

“Perfect hub to explore Vienna”
This hotel is hip and modern, with a stylish and neat design. The location is excellent, making it a great base for exploring Vienna. Everything was well-maintained and met expectations. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.

“Only for the location”
For guests who want the train station a few steps away, this is the ideal hotel. The airport bus is also on the same spot so its very convenient. But for tourists who want more spacious room, and enjoy the usual hotel amenities like in-room coffee, glasses, personal ref and complete toiletries, then this hotel will disappoint you. My fault I failed to read the hotel amenities thinking those are common in all hotels we’ve been through.

“Good and convenient Hotel”
The hotel is convenient with a very easy access from Wien HBF, very short walking distance can just go to buy stuff from nearby convenience store and comeback, the room is nice and clean, staff is very helpful with service mind, help me to have an 1st night stay in Austria with a very impressive support

“Highly recommended!”
I was recommended this hotel by a European resident on my way from Budapest to Vienna. She said this hotel is rather new in Europe and everyone raves about it because of, its cleanliness, interior decor, affordability and locations. I concur and of all the hotels I stayed during my three travel thru Poland, Prague, Budapest and Vienna, this was by far the best! Congratulations to this company for doing it right.
