“Large family room, convenient.”
The hotel is a bit old but still well maintained. The breakfast is decent. It's convenient to find food in front of the hotel, with restaurants, a Seven-Eleven, a fruit shop, and massage shops. During my stay, there was a musty smell from the air conditioning, but it was bearable. The swimming pool is large.

“Exceptional”
The large deep pool is inviting for swimming. The restroom has been recently renovated and is beautifully modern. The old floor-standing air conditioner is cool. The bed is comfortable. The staff is good. Convenient parking is available in front of the hotel. The breakfast is limited, likely due to few guests, but it's worth the price. The Wi-Fi is poor and unusable. The hallway has old carpet and a smell. The TV has some Thai channels but not very clear. In front of the hotel, there are massage shops, restaurants, and a 7-11. Just a short right turn from the hotel leads to the sea.

“Not supportive”
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I booked this hotel twice during the same trip, expecting decent hospitality and basic support from the staff. Unfortunately, instead of making me feel welcome, the receptionist and staff made me feel small, ignored my requests, and showed very little willingness to help. This is not the kind of hospitality any paying guest deserves. What makes the experience even more disappointing is the apparent difference in how Indian tourists and foreign guests are treated. The staff seem far more interested in pleasing foreign guests, while Indian guests are left feeling ignored and disrespected. If the hotel depends on tourism, it should understand that every guest deserves equal respect, regardless of nationality. No guest should have to feel inferior in a hotel they have paid to stay in. The room standards are another major concern. The bed has wheels/tyres underneath it and moves around, which is unacceptable for a hotel presenting itself as a four-star property. Seriously, would you expect this kind of basic furniture issue to be acceptable in a four-star hotel in India? Even a budget hotel should ensure that its bed is stable, secure, and comfortable. A hotel charging guests for a quality stay should not overlook such basic standards. I find it particularly frustrating that I chose this hotel twice on the same trip, yet the staff’s response to my concerns has been so disappointing. A returning guest should feel valued, not made to feel insignificant for raising reasonable requests. Pattaya welcomes tourists from different countries, and Indian tourists are an important part of its tourism market. No hotel should take Indian guests for granted while going out of its way to appease foreign visitors. Hospitality is about treating everyone with dignity, not selectively deciding whose comfort and concerns matter. My message to the management: Please improve your staff’s attitude, address basic room-maintenance issues, and ensure equal treatment for all guests. A four-star experience should be reflected in service, comfort, and respect—not just in the hotel’s marketing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for genuinely welcoming hospitality unless these issues are taken seriously and corrected. Your guests may come from different countries, but their money, dignity, and expectations deserve equal respect.

“Pataya stay”
Stayed one night and changed to other hotel. Breakfast is good. Old lavish hotel but very poor maintenance. Smells everywhere. Not recommended

Close to the sea... just a short walk and you'll get there... I have stayed here with my family many times... since I was a teenager... the prices are affordable... the view is excellent and parking is convenient.

“horrible”
room was way different to the one in the photos. had to pay extra to go into a “upgraded” room which was barely better. new room had blood and food on the wall. staff are nice just the hotel itself is not great. pool closes early and it’s just a poor old hotel. much better hotels for your money in this area.
