“A pleasant hotel from a well known chain.”
Liked: The restaurant staff were excellent. the room was well lit and had all the usual facilities. Staff were very helpful in obtaining taxis when required.
Disliked: Not the hotel's fault but Taxis were reluctant to return us to the hotel as it was too far from the main tourist areas. One chancer tried to charge us 60euros for a trip that had cost 8 euros in the other direction.

Liked: The location and the staff were very friendly and welcoming and the hotel was very clean and easy to get in and oto park everywhere

“Very good”
Disliked: Nothing near to the hotel no coffee no restaurant, or boutiques. We booked normal room and they give us disabled room when I refuse to stay in it they change it to normal room.

“Amazing stay”
The hotel is in a great location, with a bus stop right next to it, making it easy to get to almost any destination. If you prefer walking, most of the major sightseeing spots are just a 30–40 minute walk away. The hotel itself is very nice, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again!

“Good value for money - breakfast area needs improvement”
The breakfast area is a like a corridor, they need to work on it. The rooms are quite tiny

“First Istanbul visit”
Great value clean hotel for Istanbul. Breakfast and staff were great. Would only say the location is just outside of the touristy areas. So it was quite a long walk to some sights and we had to taxi around a bit. But hence the better value.

Liked: Excellent hotel and a wonderful stay. I was very satisfied with everything — the cleanliness, comfort, service, facilities, and overall atmosphere were all excellent. The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. Special thanks to the hotel manager for his kindness, professionalism, and great attention to the guests. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!
