Easy check in and the rooms are clean. Tube station very close by

An affordably priced hotel a few minutes away from the tube. A nice and comfortable stay as always. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in central London. Room is a bit small but very clean and comfortable.

This hotel is very old. Needs some upgrades inside the hotel. Single bed are very single even for small people. Stained bedroom walls, dirty curtains., old carpet. Not very cosy. Like being in a student accommodation. Shower is tiny and not very good. Breakfast options - are tragic.

I would definitely recommend. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. I was in town to work but if you are a tourist it is central to everything with great transport links close by

The only outstanding feature of this hotel is its location, steps from Earl's Court underground station. Pubs and several good restaurants nearby, even a grocery store at the corner. Very quite street. 10 minute walk to the CitySightseing tour stop. However, the hotel room was filthy, specially the carpet and dirty walls. The mattress was in terrible condition, you would sink in. The little furniture also in bad condition and was not clean. A/C did not work the first night, they gave us a vertical fan. The room was tiny and not comfortable at all. The breakfast is decent if you are not vegan, you get your morning started with coffee, toast, boiked eggs, milk and cereal, and definitely cheaper than buying coffee and pastries out every morning. The room does not have a minifridge. The lobby and restaurant aerea was not very clean.

I stayed here Sat to Mon on Oct 2026. Firstly, what they don’t tell you is that there is a second building - the annex - a few doors down from the hotel where they put guests in tiny shoebox dirty rooms. I asked at check in for another room - the receptionist told me the hotel was fully booked - the room is definitely not for two adults - more like a college dorm where the bed was right against a wall. After a sleepless night, I sent an email of complaint with pictures on the Sunday morning of stains in the room and on the walls and dealt with Ajit - he advised he would change rooms for us for the second night - the room was a proper sized bedroom where both adults could get into the bed at either side with no visible stains etc - this is what I expected of the hotel - I spoke to Ajit on check out today and asked for the complaints procedure as I wanted a full refund for the Sat night - I also told him there is no mention that I can find of the annex and those rooms no the website and they are mis-selling and that his customer service skills were a lot to be desired which he disputed (his response to me asking the process for a complaint was to email the general email address which is what I had done on the Sunday so was not getting any further with him. The receptionist was there with him when I advised I asked her to move on Saturday but he said because we stayed in the room, no refund and that Agoda should have moved us if I wasn’t happy

The hotel is conveniently located, with direct Underground connections to many popular tourist attractions. There are also grocery stores and plenty of eateries nearby, making it easy to grab food or daily essentials. Another nice touch is the complimentary free-flow coffee, tea, and drinking water available in the lobby. Overall, a great location and a convenient place to stay!

We have stayed here previously, and came back because we liked it so much. The location is great, just around the corner from the Earl's Court Station,with easy access to all the major spots. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and bed was very comfortable. Our check out time was 12pm,and they were happy for us to leave our bags for as long as needed. When we returned at 4.30 we were able sit and have a cup of tea before our train trip to Heathrow.
