Liked: rooms were dirty and i cleaned, huge ball of hair in thr shower wall, dirty walls in the room, incredibly loud. one of the worst hotels i’ve had to stay it. we cut our stay short and left to go to a nicer hotel.

Disliked: The staff was extremely nice and welcoming overall. However, there was one disappointing experience regarding a delivery. We had coordinated with a staff member in advance and received approval for the delivery to be brought to the hotel. When the delivery arrived, the staff’s reaction was not very pleasant, which was unexpected given that we had already discussed and received approval for it. Aside from this incident, we had a positive experience with the staff.
