“The attitude of the reception staff is good.”
For the second year in a row I chose to stay at this hotel for my birthday. The day after checkout, I took the kids to the play area and found my jacket had been soaked when a water bottle spilled. I borrowed a hair dryer from the front desk, but it started acting up partway through. After I told the desk, a ponytailed woman proactively helped dry the jacket for me — I really appreciated her, even though the hair dryer later gave out again. A suggestion for the hotel: the Executive family quadruple room we stayed in only came with a basic hair dryer, and ours also started acting up after a little use. A five-star hotel should provide a Dyson or a newer Panasonic at least, something with stronger airflow. Other than that, everything was pretty good.

“The outdoor swimming pool, hot spring, and gym are major pluses! The breakfast is abundant and is a quality resort in Jiaoxi that is very suitable for family vacations. The gym is fully equipped and offers a great view of the mountains; the outdoor facilities allow you to enjoy three different temperatures of hot springs and swimming in a swimsuit at the same time, which makes kids extremely happy! The hot spring water in the room comes out quickly, and the MU TABLE breakfast is sumptuous and full of local characteristics. It should be noted that the inn's naked hot spring only has a single bathing pool and no additional facilities; it would be more considerate if the gaming equipment on the first floor had operating instructions added. Overall, the flaws do not detract from its merits, as the outdoor spa, guest rooms, and dining standards are all excellent and worth recommending!”
Mu Jiao Xi Hotel in Jiaoxi Township is perfect for a family vacation. The gym is well equipped and faces expansive mountain views; the outdoor facilities let you wear swimsuits and enjoy three different temperature hot springs and a pool at the same time, so the kids had a great time! The in-room hot spring fills quickly, and MU TABLE’s breakfast is plentiful and richly local in character. Note that the annex’s nude bath has only a single soaking pool and no additional amenities; it would also be more thoughtful if the first-floor e-sports machines included operating instructions. Minor flaws aside, the outdoor spa, guest rooms, and dining are excellent overall and highly recommended!

“Very good”
This was my third stay, and it’s the first time I ran out of body wash and had to contact customer service to ask for more. Isn’t that supposed to be part of the routine when the room is cleaned? I also work in the service industry, so I can’t really accept the dust on the kick plates inside the elevator car... I’m picky, but shouldn’t such a nice hotel be more meticulous?

“The cost-performance ratio is very low.”
The room wasn’t as spacious as I expected, and there was no happy hour welcome drink or snacks on check-in. The curtains in the room were damaged, which affected the overall feel. For a five-star hotel, the curtains weren’t motorized, and the large-window curtains were hard to draw manually. There wasn’t much in the way of enjoyable services — the value for money was low. At a five-star hotel, the public areas should at least be pleasant to the sight and smell, but they weren’t.

“The whole family had a great time.”
We were looking for a place to just laze around, and for three days and two nights I had breakfast and dinner at the hotel every day. A kid-friendly paradise — both the elderly and the children had a great time, and we felt very relaxed. Highly recommend! One thing deserves special praise: my elderly mother walked from the hot spring area to the pool area and only mentioned that the hot spring wasn’t hot enough, and the lifeguard at the pool immediately said they would go help adjust the temperature. I was really touched — staff like that deserve high praise.

“A great hotel.”
The double bed in the room was very large but a bit too soft. There were four types of pillows to choose from, which was a nice touch. You can soak in a hot spring right in the room—great feature. The pool has a small slide and the scenery is beautiful. Breakfast had a huge variety of items, including Häagen-Dazs and roast beef. You can even make your own sashimi rice bowl. (But I found a small cockroach in the condiments, which was startling 😟 (I reported it to the staff right away.) There’s a game room on the first floor with a Switch and racing games. Overall the experience was very good. 👍

“The GOAT of family-friendly hotels in Jiaoxi”
Liked: We stayed here with our three-year-old daughter during the summer vacation, and she had an amazing time spending every day in the huge playroom and swimming pool. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the dining area was spacious and comfortable. Our room featured a private hot spring bath, and the bathroom was also generously sized, making it an excellent choice for families with children.

“Exceptional”
The property's location is very convenient, with easy access to transport and shopping options. Facilities are well-maintained, especially the hot spring, making for a relaxing experience. Housekeeping is thorough, and the staff are friendly and attentive throughout the stay. Cleanliness is consistently high, contributing to great value for money.
