“Our first staycation with our newborn baby.”
We had a wonderful experience at Mulberry Shades Resort, a beautiful Marriott property. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. A very special mention to Ms. Anjali, our coordinator, who went above and beyond to arrange everything for our newborn baby. Her thoughtfulness, prompt communication, and attention to every small detail made our stay completely stress-free and truly memorable. The resort itself is lovely, comfortable rooms, beautiful surroundings, excellent service, and a relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect getaway for our family, and we are grateful to Ms. Anjali and the entire team for making it so special. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a peaceful, well-managed resort stay. We would definitely love to return!

“Beautiful Resort in a beautiful setting!”
Liked: Beautiful grounds, accommodations, rooms, and amenities. Maintained to the highest level. The pool, gym and game room were excellent. Very clean and inviting. All the staff we interacted with were extremely accommodating, courteous, and helpful. We can't remember names but we had the most endearing staff at every meal in the restaurant! Breakfast variety was plenty and fit all tastes. Menu for dinner and lunch were extensive and tasty.
Disliked: Nothing I didn't like but do recommend staffing the pool bar with additional help. The young gentleman working the bar was alone, and we had to wait quite awhile to get our drinks. And it was mid week so not busy at all. It is more of a staffing issue. Not a personnel issue. He worked as quickly as possible.
