Muong Thanh Luxury Da Nang hotel

I have travelled to 24 countries and stayed in approximately 500–600 hotels throughout my life. This is by far the worst hotel, the worst management, and the worst experience I have ever had.

Everything in the hotel is superb. This is our second stay in this hotel. We love the views and the quiet environment. Maybe the breakfast can be improved for international and vegetarian customers

When I entered the room the large picture window looked straight out onto the hallway — it felt like a zoo with monkeys; I wondered what kind of hotel this was. Over three days nobody paid any attention to us. The breakfast was worse than a countryside guesthouse and only edible out of obligation; even locals would dislike it. Better to go out and buy a 100,000 dong meal instead. Complete regret — it ruined the trip. It’s a lodging for Chinese and Indian tour groups of elderly people, not a hotel.

A lovely hotel with sea views. However, you have to pay an extra charge to get a sea-view room. Among 5-star hotels on Da Nang’s beachfront, this hotel offers the most reasonable prices. If you take a city view room, be aware you may face a view of an unfinished construction site. At night there are people soliciting guests at the hotel entrance.

I booked a city-view room, but the staff initially assigned me a room overlooking a hallway where people were constantly walking past. I asked them to double-check my reservation, but the staff member was extremely rude and treated me as if I were being unreasonable. I had arrived late at night and was exhausted from traveling, but I held my frustration in and insisted until I was finally given the room I had originally booked. The next morning, I woke up with itchy arms and body. When I looked more closely, I discovered that there were countless ants crawling all over the bed. I had been bitten by them. When I asked to change rooms again, the staff agreed to move me and responded in a way that made it seem as though they already knew that the room was infested with ants. The staff member who assigned me that room in the first place, as well as this hotel, are absolutely disgraceful. The fact that I was given a room infested with ants, apparently despite the staff already knowing about the problem, is completely unacceptable. On top of that, I was treated with disrespect when I simply asked to receive the room I had paid for. This has been a truly terrible experience, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had amazing part sea part city view from our room which was amazing!The room was very clean they even gave us complimentary fruits ❤️ Service was top notch 💯 recommended
