the hotel is seriously outdated with major flaws the toilet, the room and hallway has damping smell, my room was next to a beer club and they sang till 12pm everynight

Only the ocean view was good. The building is very old and worn, and the room had a musty smell — the bathroom was especially bad. The room is large. The lobby was too hot and the room condition was just so-so. Will I visit again... hmm, not sure — I think I'll go somewhere else. The breakfast was just average.

The room was very dark, with few lights — only bright enough during the day. There were many mold and stain marks around the bathtub. There was only one chair at the tea table, and small toiletries didn’t include lotion. The minibar had no outlet for an electric kettle, so I had to move it to the dressing table or bedside table to boil water. Soundproofing was poor; noise from the next room carried through loudly.

The hotel is very old, poorly lit, and the public areas are not clean. The lobby waiting area has no staff cleaning the public spaces. Amenities are lacking — there were no razors. The check-in service was extremely unprofessional and weak. Guests who arrived early were told no rooms were ready, which is understandable, but when we arrived at the official check-in time they still didn't proactively call us even though we had young children and had been waiting a long time. Only when we went to remind them at the exact check-in time did they give us the room key, while other guests who arrived later were checked in immediately. Terrible rating for service. The swimming pool was dirty and smelled strongly of chlorine. Not recommended.

Pros: The room was very large and had a direct sea view, not an angled one. It’s located right on Tran Phu Street so only a few steps to the beach. There are plenty of elevators so you don't have to wait long. Cons: Many of the hotel's facilities and equipment are broken; we requested repairs but they were not fully addressed. The windows facing the sea were too dirty, so the view was hazy. And the worst part was the breakfast — extremely poor! The food tasted old and lacked freshness. Despite being branded as a 5-star hotel, the bathroom amenities were lacking in every way, comparable to a 3-star hotel. Housekeeping did not replenish all in-room supplies (toilet tissue in the box, soap in the dispenser) and we had to contact them to request them. These are our comments submitted to management with the aim of helping improve the hotel's image. We hope hotel management will read this feedback and make adjustments in the future. Sincerely.

Staff were lovely, location was handy, secure parking for motorbike was great. Would stay again.

The quality of the breakfast was very poor. The hotel accepts many guests through discounted room rates, but in return it lowers the quality of service, the food, and cleanliness to a very poor level comparable to a 2–3 star hotel. Although the hotel claims to be 5-star. I believe claiming 5 stars while providing 2–3 star service is a dishonest business practice.
