Muong Thanh Luxury Quang Ninh Hotel

Central location, convenient for getting around. The room was spacious but a bit old. No staff to greet or assist with luggage.

Liked: everything except the things I didnt like

Disliked: staff at checkin counter and breakfast was too crowded

The hotel was outdated, rooms have a lot of molds, I got sick. I ordered fried rice it was the best and good taste.

Liked: Very enjoyable! Thank you.

The elevator was out of order, so guests had to use the freight lift. I called the front desk for assistance and had to wait 20 minutes; I had to call a second time before someone came up to help.

Parking is inconvenient — they direct you to the garage of the neighboring building about 300m away, which takes time. Staff proactively ask for tips.

Parking the car is inconvenient because the garage is small, so you have to park in the neighboring building about 300m away — a long walk. When you leave your car with the staff they immediately ask for a tip.

My family visited on a pouring rainy day but we were very satisfied with the hotel. Pluses - clean - well-equipped - enthusiastic staff - tasty, inexpensive food - very convenient location - suitable for young children - super fast free Wi‑Fi - spacious parking Minuses - old TV, uses an antenna, no network or internet connection - hair dryer is also very old - bath towels seem reused many times - checkout procedure was a bit slow If I have the chance, I will still come back here and recommend it to everyone.
