“Above average”

Thí place definitely need a remodeling and cleanse throughout the whole building. As I check in after staying in one hour, I asked front desk to let me check out because our room are so old so dirty in that hour when I sat on my bed and the chair in my room, I got fleas bite all over my legs. That is the reason to check out and I move out to check in another hotel

“The breakfast is excellent.”

During my 10-night stay the breakfast changed every morning. The pho and meat toppings changed daily, and there was kimchi, which I liked. As befits a 5-star hotel, the staff were friendly and it was clean. There was a bathtub, so I could soak every day, which was great. I only looked around the casino on the 2nd floor, and the pool on the 5th floor was well maintained. This was my second visit and I will come again next time.

“Very good”

The facilities have deteriorated a lot, but the location is very central and convenient — you can get anywhere just by walking.

“Glad to leave, absolutely disgusting”

Liked: Absolutely nothing

Disliked: It is not a 5 star hotel more like 3 star. No hot water for 2 days I reported it and nothing was done about it so not washed for 2 days in the Vietnam heat. Breakfast was disgusting cakes were stale and hard the rest was not wort eaing. The chair in room was ripped and I was actually scared to sleep just in case of bed bugs. The corridor carpet has so many stains and unclean. There were dead flies in the breakfast area. The windows were glued and silicones down and they were also screwed down. The place needs knocking down and rebuilding. You conned me it wasn’t worth the price I paid.

“Value for money accommodation”

I arrived around midnight on the first day, so it was a good, affordable option and easy to ask about things. It was conveniently close to the airport. However, it’s a bit farther from some other tourist spots. Dragon Bridge is close in a straight line and walkable, but Han Market took a bit more walking. The staff were friendly and well-mannered. However, check-in took a while because the computer wasn’t working. Breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety.
