Room was good. Air conditioning was cold. The water heater worked normally. Facilities were okay. The building has an elevator for going up and down. *** Improvement needed: the front desk staff who check guests in and out should smile more and speak to guests with a more welcoming expression.***

There were still hairs on the floor in several spots in the room. The walk-in price and the advertised promotional rate were quite different. The room should have a hot water kettle for guests instead of making them carry cups downstairs to get hot water on the 1st floor. For the price, it didn’t feel very good value. Please consider this again.

The female front-desk staff on the evening shift, a middle-aged woman, was unfriendly and didn’t speak very politely, but the male night staff was polite and welcoming. The accommodation is suitable for a one-night stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re after atmosphere, as it’s in the city center near a temple.

The room isn’t soundproof. I stayed in a room near the housekeeping staff and in the morning it was noisy very early — not suitable for anyone who wants to sleep in.

No soap or liquid shampoo (I’ve stayed twice at the Ratchaburi branch and they had them there). The bathroom was still wet when I first opened it, and the air conditioning wasn’t cold.

1. Room: The room was spacious, furniture OK. The bed wasn’t soft but not terrible. Nightstand, desk and wardrobe were fine. The bathroom was large and had shampoo and conditioner. We stayed here for a total of 7 nights and moved rooms 3 times. We had a problem with the bathroom as shown in the first picture — water leaking from the ceiling — so we notified management to request a room change (there were three staff at the front desk). When we reported the leak, the service was terrible. Everyone laughed and asked how it was leaking (like in pictures 1 and 2), then handed over a key and said we could move our things to the new room. Yes — they only gave us a key and laughed. I asked if we could stay in the new room until check-out because we had 3 nights left. The staff said, “It’s only 3 more days, so sure, stay as long as you want.” Their wording was terrible. We had to look for the room ourselves and carry our own things. After moving, the shower had problems — the water pressure was very low. 2. Housekeeping was extremely noisy when cleaning, with no consideration for guests trying to rest. Footsteps, snapping bed sheets, dragging chairs in rooms, loud phone conversations — they were very noisy while guests were still staying in the hotel. They should show some consideration since most guests come to relax. From reading other reviews, I’m not surprised. If they don’t improve, whatever — I won’t be staying here again.

I had a bad experience staying here and decided to share my negative experience with as many friends and acquaintances as possible so they wouldn't have the same unpleasant experience.
