Super Preis mitten in der historischen Altstadt. Unkomplizierter Check-In mit Gemeinschaftsküche, Kühlschrank und sogar Trinkwasser und Caffee. Auch toll mit kleinem Gemeinschafts-Innenhof, wo man toll draußen sitzen kann.

Liked: The space is organized, clean, very convenient and beautiful overall. Staff is super friendly!

Disliked: Nothing to complain.

Liked: On the positive side, having access to a shared kitchen and the small patio is nice. The room is pleasant enough aesthetically, although a bit small and claustrophobic. Please read negatives before booking here though.

Disliked: Unfortunately, we had to leave after our first night because of the extreme lack of sound insulation. The owner’s dismissive and unnecessarily rude response when we raised the issue made the experience even worse. The problem was not simply that Mallorca is busy in August or that there were people outside. There seemed to be virtually no sound insulation within the property. We could hear conversations in the communal area as though people were inside our room, as well as cutlery, doors, guests entering and leaving their rooms, and practically every movement from upstairs. The window also provided very little insulation from outside noise. The owner pointed out that the property is old. Of course an old building comes with limitations, but this level of noise transfer should be disclosed so guests can make an informed decision. When we raised this, one of his responses was that “the accommodation is exactly as you saw in the photos,” which misses the point: photos cannot communicate noise levels or lack of sound insulation. My girlfriend is sensitive to noise, so we checked out after the first night. We politely asked whether a refund for the two unused nights might be possible. We were not demanding or expecting one and understood the answer could be no. What disappointed us was his response. Rather than simply declining, he told us we should “not travel during the busiest and noisiest month,” said they “can’t cater to everyone’s whims,” and told us “you chose it.” Our complaint was about the property’s sound insulation and its lack of disclosure, not Mallorca being busy. The room was pleasant enough, but very small and a bit claustrophobic, with a tiny street-level window and a strong artificial fragrance. I would not recommend this accommodation to light sleepers or anyone sensitive to noise.

Disliked: They don’t send the check in information. You need to call them to ask for the room code.

Liked: Nicely renovated old house with a good kitchen

Disliked: 1. No one is at the place and no information for check-in was sent via booking.com beforehand; we had to call via WhatsApp (no response to a normal call) for the code & room numbers once we stood out front which was extremely inconvenient 2. No towel holders anywhere 3. No table in the common area/kitchen to eat at and it was too cold to eat at the tables in the courtyard
