“Bad experience”

Getting here was tricky (no one knew where it was - not the hotels fault). I put in that I would be arriving between 7pm-8pm and no one was there, no notes on what to do - number was not on WhatsApp so I then had to pay to call internationally - became apparent there was a black box with keys, couldn't see the numbers on there so had to guess - eventually found my room (other two were twins, I paid and booked a double). Shower didn't work - smelt like chemicals. Aircon barely worked, had to use the fan. Felt like they weren't expecting me, no towels for the shower or toilet paper.

“Convenient and comfortable.”

Good accommodation, good room, good service. Convenient for travel, the location is good — near entertainment venues and easy to find places to eat.

“Good for one stop”

This place is ok for one stop in surat thani. But from an hygiene perspective its mildly ok I would say. Found a cockroach in my bedroom I had to kill. Plus I fell and broke lightly my back while taking the stairs because water was on the floor.
