“A clean and modern space.”
The room was clean and comfortable, and unlike many Vietnamese hotels there was no musty, moldy smell, which was nice. However, geckos do appear in the room, so it might be difficult for anyone who can't tolerate reptiles. At the restaurant the staff helped by playing with our child, which was much appreciated.

“Enjoyable stay”
We chose to stay here after reading the reviews, and we’re so glad we did! We spent most of our time in the room and truly enjoyed our stay. Both the room and pool were well maintained, and the staff were always responsive and helpful. We accidentally left our bag at the restaurant, but thankfully, we were able to retrieve it with nothing missing. On our last day, the air-conditioning broke down, and the staff arrived within 10 minutes and fixed it promptly. We also had a dedicated contact line where the team would check our preferred housekeeping time and assist us with any enquiries, which made the stay even more convenient. The beach was beautiful, and overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Definitely a place we would be happy to return to!

“The hygiene of the facilities and the quality of the breakfast are seriously inadequate.”
Perfect for a private villa — the moment we walked in the aroma made us feel great. Clean, friendly, affordable, great main pool, everything was lovely and made us happy. But the breakfast was disappointing. My boyfriend even said Da Nang Golden Lotus was better. Also, just because it’s a resort doesn’t mean you can skip signature touches — at a pool villa, a guest was seated and they didn’t even give a drinks menu or ask what we wanted to drink, which is the bare minimum of service. It was the same at other tables... only when I asked for the drink menu did they bring it.

“Good choice”
The room was in great condition, and the staff were so friendly—we had a very relaxing stay. If there was one downside, the breakfast had plenty of fruit but felt a bit limited in variety. The pho is really delicious.

“Acceptable”
I went with my family, expecting a private, clean beach for the children. But the quality has declined a lot: the beach was full of trash, the waves were too rough for swimming, and the restaurant service and food were no longer up to standard. Overall: we were disappointed and will not return.

“Accommodation with a clear atmosphere or concept.”
I liked the atmosphere and scenery, but I was disappointed that the in-room checklist wasn’t kept up. It would have been better if they had checked that everything worked before assigning the room. The staff did their best to help resolve the issues, but addressing this through feedback would improve the service.
