Breakfast is not so great.

They charged more at the time of arrival Very crowded and dirty neighbourhood. Very average hotel. Staff was also not good TV in the room was useless. We could only see a bunch of News channels. Not going there again

The room was good, tidy and neat. The staffs were helpful and kind. The breakfast menu could be improved a little

Rooms, Airconditioner, Washroom, Water in washroom, Towel, Comfortable matress. Everything Remarkable. Staff and Reception impressive, Restaurant preparation impressive hygeine n tasty. Narthaki Boutique Hotel, Bengaluru – An Honest Review (4/5 ⭐) We stayed at Narthaki Boutique Hotel, Bengaluru, as a family for three nights, from September 30 to October 3, 2026. We booked our stay through the Agoda hotel booking app. Overall, we had a good experience at this hotel. The rooms are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained, and the staff are generally polite and helpful. The hotel is situated in an excellent location, just around 500 metres from Majestic Bus Stand, making it a convenient choice for travellers visiting Bengaluru. The breakfast was also quite good, and the facilities offered are worth the price. However, in the interest of providing an honest and balanced review, I would like to mention a minor inconvenience we experienced at the beginning of our stay. We arrived at the hotel at around 10:00 AM on September 30, approximately two hours before the scheduled check-in time. The receptionist informed us that we would need to pay an additional ₹500 for early check-in. We agreed to pay the amount, but unfortunately, no receipt was provided for this payment. After the payment, we were taken to our room. However, we soon discovered that the television was not working. When we reported the issue to the hotel staff, they informed us that they would arrange another room for us. Unfortunately, we had to wait for approximately two hours before we were moved to a different room. The second room was good, and all the facilities, including the television, were working properly. Apart from this initial inconvenience, we did not experience any further problems during our three-night stay. We were able to enjoy the rest of our visit comfortably, and our overall experience was positive. My recommendation to the hotel management: I kindly request the management to look into the issues we experienced, particularly the lack of a receipt for the early check-in payment and the delay in providing an alternative room. Addressing these matters will help ensure that future guests do not face similar inconveniences. To conclude, Narthaki Boutique Hotel is a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel that offers good value for money. Considering our overall experience, I would certainly recommend this hotel to families and other travellers visiting Bengaluru.
