“Nice location and comfy room but could have had better amenities”
Disliked: Pool was nice but very crowded with very loud kids, first night we were there was screaming and really loud fighting kept us up all night.

“Very good”
Liked: Interesting and appealing room decorations..Responsive staff. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Electrical outlet was blackened and looked unsafe. Staff replaced it promptly, however, which was appreciated.

“Great hotel with Native American decor, close to the balloon park”
Liked: We really liked this place. It was quirky, with dramatic Native American decor. The young man at the front desk was terrific. And the location was perfect. We came for the balloon fiesta and the hotel greeted us with bottles of water, granola bars, and balloon-shaped cookies. We were just a couple of miles from the fiesta park, and even our parking lot had a great view of the balloons rising from the field. Nice little restaurant, which made for a convenient dinner. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The service at the bar was nonexistent, but the hotel doesn't run that so you can hardly blame them.

“Nice local place to stay - nice pool, hot tub. Great to have frig and microwave and coffee in room”
Liked: We enjoyed the hotel and pool and hottub. It was a unique place to stay; we were there for the Balloon festival which was amazing and a great location to stay. Coffee and microwave and frig in room were great to have. We picked room away from freeway.
Disliked: Our blanket was worn out but we got a 2nd one. Excercize room was not great.
