“Great stay”

Dormy Inn is another hotel I used when in Japan. A bit more expensive than my usual APA, its an alternative i will use when the cheaper choice is not available. And they are always at good location near train station. And an onsen to soak in.

I booked a 3 star and got an excellent experience. 1. Great - front desk staff specially Mr. Mitsumune, who helped manage my requests. 2. Great - the breakfast spread!!! Good combination of Japanese and Western. Much book your room with breakfast included! 3. Great - location!!! Short walk from train station, near 2 Donki stores, many food options close by and a Lawson next door!

“Work”

It's great that you can check the crowdedness of the large public bath on the room's TV. You can also enjoy free soba at night and ice cream after the bath. The location is good as you can enter the underground passage right after leaving the hotel, which connects to Kyoto Station. The rental clothing is separated into pants and a top, making it comfortable to wear.
