Liked: The view is beautiful and it's very close to the Istanbul airport. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and actually helped me find my debit card I lost during my stay. Shuttle services are available for both airports in the region.

Driver's can't find it and they don't give you a clear address that works for taxi. They want you to pay for their shuttle service. I couldn't stay as the driver couldn't find it. The contact number in Agoda refused to help sending me to a WhatsApp number. Highly unprofessional.

I’m writing this honest feedback after my stay here, mainly for travelers who need to catch flights at Istanbul Airport. First, the location is extremely inconvenient for transit passengers. The hotel is only 5km in a straight line from the airport, but a taxi ride costs around 20 EUR. The room rate here is merely 12–15 EUR, which makes paying 20 EUR for a taxi totally unreasonable. I could easily book a much closer hotel near the airport for just 40 EUR with far better access. If you choose public transport to save money, the situation is even worse. The bus routes are long and winding, with the whole trip taking over 4 hours, which ruins all rest time before a flight. The bus stops are hard to find, shabby and exposed to the scorching sun. Buses run every 30 minutes to an hour; if you miss one, you have to wait for another long period in the heat, with absolutely no comfort at all. It took me ages just to locate the bus stops, and the whole waiting experience was really tough. Secondly, the room is completely inconsistent with the advertised photos. The pictures show spacious rooms, but I was placed in a cramped dorm-style room with only two beds, where the space is so narrow that you can barely do anything except lie on the bed. The actual living environment is far below what was promised online. I do want to express my sincere gratitude to the host. When I was about to give up and worried I would end up stranded, he kindly came to pick me up. He comforted me by saying he didn’t want me to end up sleeping on the streets, and I really appreciate his kindness and warmth during that difficult moment. For travelers planning to stay here for airport transit or an early flight, I would highly recommend thinking twice. The great inconvenience of transportation, along with the mismatched room conditions, made this stay far from ideal, even though I am thankful for the host’s personal kindness.

Liked: Omer was great, very friendly and very accommodating. The property is spacious and comfortable. The rooms are clean and spacious as well. It’s very close to the air port and they offer a transportation service. The flexible check in time was also amazing. The surrounding area is quiet and rural offering a great place to recover after a flight. 10/10 recommend!

This property calls itself a hotel, but in reality it feels much more like a hostel, with shared bathrooms and very basic, poorly maintained facilities. Our stay was extremely disappointing. The bed was broken and uneven, with one side noticeably higher than the other, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The furniture was old and damaged, there were no bedside tables, no curtains, no AC, and the entire place was extremely noisy. The laundry seemed to be running constantly, adding even more noise. The bathroom situation was especially concerning. The toilets were extremely basic, with open holes in the floor, which I found completely unacceptable for a property advertised as a hotel. If you are considering their transfer service, please be careful. We were expecting a proper transfer vehicle, but a very small car was sent instead. When we needed to be picked up at 2:30 a.m., we had to contact the driver ourselves, and he arrived about 20 minutes late. What made the situation even more frustrating was what happened after I submitted my complaint. After we had already stayed at the property, the reservation was simply canceled in the system as if we had never stayed there. I found this extremely concerning and misleading. I am sharing this review to warn other travelers. Please look at the pictures carefully and make sure you understand exactly what you are booking. In my opinion, this place should not be presented as a hotel. I would not stay here again and strongly recommend choosing another place.
