We want to put into words our dream journey at Siargao Island’s Nay Palad Hideaway - All Inclusive Stay and to thank the Nay Palad Hideaway team for the extraordinary experience they gave us. Before coming to Nay Palad Hideaway we were drawn in by dozens of deeply moving reviews. We didn’t know what kind of experience could inspire people to lavish such heartfelt praise. The more we read, the more we wanted to try it for ourselves. Honestly, this resort was not cheap — its price stretched beyond what we thought we could afford. But we decided to go anyway. Before arrival, aside from giving them our flight itinerary, no one contacted us. Before we got off the plane we were still worried: would no one meet us? Would they not come? Everything that followed proved those worries unnecessary. The Nay Palad Hideaway team quietly took care of everything without bothering us. When we got off the plane, someone was already waiting at the exit with a smile. He recognized us — there was no sign with our names, no prior call — and he waited for us like family. All the arrangements afterward were the same: everything prepared for us, never intrusive. When we arrived, the hotel manager and the entire staff greeted us at the gate, walked us to our villa and introduced us to the whole property. They took us to meet the chef and helped us learn the simple paths around the resort. We worried we might get lost — the place felt like a dense jungle, with little paths connecting the villas — but once again our worries were unnecessary. Everyone here knew our names and where our villa was, and they were always ready to point us in the right direction. The whole resort felt like it was made just for the two of us, with dozens of people preparing everything for us. Our chef told us there was no menu: they cooked whatever for us — which made us laugh, and it’s our favorite way to dine. When we tasted the first dish they prepared we almost cried with pleasure! Western food can be this delicious! He even prepared a little something leaning toward Chinese flavors each time — fried rice! Dumplings! Stir-fried green beans with pork! He said their dumplings weren’t that good; we told him they were just like the ones in China. We ate by the sea, in a treehouse, and even when we went island hopping they delivered our meals to the island! It was all unbelievable and wonderful. We didn’t want to waste a single minute here. We got up at 4 a.m. to surf, went island hopping, and had spa treatments. Whatever we did, someone had prepared everything for us. And when we returned to our room to rest, the bed here was the best we have ever slept in — we were never tired because we could fall asleep quickly; even short rests left us refreshed. Our greatest regret here is the limits of our language — I cannot describe the beauty of Nay Palad Hideaway or fully convey our surprise and gratitude. Even writing this in Chinese I felt the poverty of my words. So many beautiful, dreamy memories — thank you, Nay Palad Hideaway, and thank you to the Nay Palad Hideaway team. We promise we will come back.

Liked: This is a tropical luxury paradise. It was for our honeymoon so a special treat. Words can’t describe the experience of staying here and has to be experienced!! Huge thank you to Jin, Jade, Chris, Flo and Ann for making our stay truly amazing!
