NERO Boutique Hotel

Liked: Loved the decor, very modern, tasteful and meticulously maintained. Breakfast was fantastic and all the staff were professional and very accommodating. Easy access to rooms, elevator, parking and sunrise (not sunset) were all a bonus for Santorini. The location in Imerovigli was superb. Easy walk to a whole range of restaurants. Public benches to watch the sunset less than 100m away and no need for stairs/climbing. Fira is a relatively easy walk. The trail to Oia is close by the hotel.

Disliked: There is so much I loved about this place but what keeps me from giving it a 10/10 was temperature of the outside and inside pool. The outside pool is not heated and way the water is filtrated keeps it at a chilling temperature. It doesn’t receive the benefit of the warm to hot Santorini sun. It was way too cold to enjoy in September. This was a big disappointment because one of the main reasons we booked Nero (and paid what we did) was to be able to enjoy the outside pool. There were audible reactions to the cold water from guests who ventured in and quickly exited out. The inside pool is described as a spa pool. It is heated but still too cold to have the desired effect.

Liked: We had such a lovely stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the cleanliness of both the hotel and our room was excellent. The swimming pool was a big surprise — it’s really large compared to most hotel pools in Santorini. The hotel is also very easy to access, with smooth and easy check-in and especially check-out as we had a ferry at 4:00 pm The location is perfect, right in the middle of the island, making it easy to reach the main towns and beaches. At the same time, it’s away from the crowds and noise, which made our stay very relaxing. Having parking available for guests was also a great convenience. Choosing this hotel was definitely one of the best decisions we made. I would absolutely stay here again, and I really hope to visit Santorini and staying at Nero boutique again someday. 🙏🏼🤍 Noura& Ibraheem

Liked: Amazing hotel! The staff is great, especially ms Chrysa the operator, who was extremely responsive and helped us with everything we needed such as transfers, restaurant reservations etc. Thank you!

Liked: The staff are fantastic: the receptionists are very helpful; they organise everything for us, give us advice and, thanks to them, we visited the most beautiful spots in Santorini, such as the beach and the restaurants… and it was all wonderful: the suite had an enchanting view and the food was delicious and very fresh too.
