Nesta Celia Danang Hotel

It's still new, so it's very clean and I really like it! All the staff are very friendly^^ The welcome tea I had on the first day was very delicious, and my child really enjoyed the tea and snacks offered midway after swimming. Since no one else was swimming, my child was very happy about it. Also, on the last day, thanks to the staff, we got a discount on the taxi to the airport, which was great. Thank you^^ I will use this place again next year. Oh!!! If I have to mention something I was a bit disappointed with, it would be the breakfast. My daughter wants me to pass that message on^^

Overall, we had a very good stay and would absolutely choose this hotel again. The property was comfortable, the location was convenient, and we enjoyed our experience overall. The staff were polite and courteous throughout our stay. With a little more attentiveness and proactive engagement, the service could be elevated even further. For instance, ensuring the lounge is attended to and that guests feel acknowledged in common areas would make the experience feel more seamless and welcoming. One area that genuinely surprised me was the drinking water policy. Providing only one small bottle per person per day, with additional bottles chargeable, felt rather unreasonable for a hotel of this standard. Complimentary drinking water is a simple but important hospitality touch, particularly in a warm destination like Da Nang. Sharing this feedback from a hotelier's perspective, I believe it is often the small details that distinguish a good hotel from an exceptional one. The fundamentals are already there, and with a few thoughtful improvements to guest amenities and service attentiveness, the hotel could elevate its overall experience significantly. That said, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and would happily return. I hope this feedback is received in the constructive spirit intended, as I believe the hotel has great potential to deliver an even more exceptional guest experience.

It was a bit above the downtown area, but that was a good point. It wasn't noisy, and the hotel atmosphere was calm, which I liked. There were two swimming pools, so I could swim without it being crowded, and the convenience facilities like Starbucks and a supermarket were well arranged. The view was also fantastic. The hotel had a pick-up and drop-off service, which was convenient when departing.

The room was really spacious and the staff were very attentive and efficient. The room key electrifies the rooms so if you want to leave charging electronics when you go out, you must request for another key to leave in the room. Their breakfast buffet was widespread, with options of Korean, Japanese and local Vietnamese. The staff took their time to ask for your opinions on the food, the rooms and if there was anything you needed help with. The rooms were typical and normal for the price range, it was nothing exceptional. but what made the hotel great was the service and the staff attentiveness. We would stay again if we go back to Da Nang.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was very clean, the location was perfect. In the morning, the sunrise was amazing and in the evening, the sunset, and the moonlight reflecting on the sea was absolutely beautiful. I especially liked having different pool options. I swam on the rooftop in the morning, and in the afternoon I preferred the pool on the first floor because it was shaded. The rooftop gets a lot of sun and since I dont enjoy sunbathing, the lower pool was perfect for me. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. There are also many restaurants, cafes and spas around the hotel, my khe beach is right in front. So, the location is extremely convenient. Overall, I was very happy with my stay. The only area I think could be improved is the breakfast. It would be nice to have a little more variety in the bread selection and some additional spreads like jam, peanut butter or honey. I only saw two types of bread and butter during my stay.

It's a bit far from the main street, which makes it quiet, and there are not many people at the rooftop pool (the water quality is good). There's also a Starbucks and Highland Coffee shop on the first floor, making it convenient to use. However, since it’s located on a busy street, you can hear motorcycle horns a bit in the evening. The breakfast is average. One day they served mangoes, which were delicious. I would be willing to visit again:)
