“Overall it was a good stay for us and the location was perfect for our needs.”
Liked: The location was perfect for us. We had a car but sometimes parking in the underground carpark was difficult due to a convention on at the same time. Pennant Hills Station was a short walk from the apartment. Harris Food Market and an IGA were across the road. We had an excellent meal at Monkey King Thai Restaurant; it is probably best to book as it gets very busy. There were quite a few different restaurants close by. It was very handy having laundry facilities on our floor.
Disliked: We found the air conditioner a bit tricky to work. I probably could have mentioned that to one of the staff earlier. I did email Nesuto Pennant Hills once we had left the apartment and they were very quick to respond. They thanked me for bringing the issue to their attention and said it would be looked into.

“Nesuto Pennant Hills”
A good place to stay if you don't mind being outside of the CBD, 45 mins to 1h 15 travel by train to city. Room was clean and lovely, bed very comfortable. Swimming pool, gym and suana available if wanted.

“Great hotel but is the fire alarm thing a joke?”
I have stayed here two times this year (several months apart), and I don't know if I have the world's worst luck, but on both occasions the hotel had to be evacuated in the evening due to a fire alarm going off. I think if I were to stay here again, I would just expect this to occur now. It's a significant inconvenience (especially when you're in the bathroom). Other than that though, the rooms are comfortable and quiet, and the hotel is conveniently located not too far from the Pennant Hills train station. The hotel itself is ok but would benefit from a bit of an update. I guess that's why it's on the cheaper end of the price spectrum.

“Very good”
Liked: Clean, comfortable, quiet room. I was there less than 12 hours so only a very brief stay but it was everything I needed. I didn't see any staff but communication via email and text was very clear.
Disliked: Nothing to mention

“Close to Sydney city. Miss driving through city traffic. Use the train.”
Liked: Quite, roomy, tree views city in the distance, secure parking under cover. 10 min walk to train to city.

“Good sized clean unit, with balcony, that was pleasent to stay for four days with helpfull staff.”
Liked: Staff were very helpful with requests, a comfortable bed and a clean unit.
Disliked: The shower was terrible as it was in the bathtub. TV was free to air main channels. There were no clothes drawers only some shelves in cupboard? This made settling-in a bit of a chore.
