Propose to perform room cleaning daily, ensure the rubbish is taken out daily, change of towels daily. Hairdryer is poor

The staff was courtesous and the location was fine, other than that, the hotel room and corridor wasn't clean at all, the carpet was very dirty and torn off, the wall had scraps of paint coming off, the curtains were very dirty. I have been travelling for more than 20 years and this was the worst hotel ever. The hotel managment need to completely revonate it. It is not recommended.

The room is different from the photos. Old room, dirty and stained carpet and chair, with molds in the bathroom tiles, dust everywhere but maybe because of the location and haze.. Needs more cleaning. Old bed but the foam is okay. They have clean sheets though.. towels are okay but i think the replacement ones need changing. What is nice here is the location, stations, a hawker center and 7eleven are just nearby.

i choose this hotel for the 2nd day to visit china town, very close to mrt station, very quite and wide room

The room is in the 80s condition, broken plugs everywhere, yellow stained curtains, stinky and sticky carpet. The grumpy night shift guy at the counter has the same level of rudeness of the Chinese custom officer. I don’t expect him to know how to use the magic word “please” in his sentence, but his way of asking for my passport is handing his hand out and look the other way and said “passport?”. Then, once he’s done with it, he literally THROWS it on the desk back to me. None of his sentences that he speaks are more than 3 words, and no eye contact at all time…..

Adequate response by staff and flexibility.

Havelock MRT station and Tiong Bahru Market are nearby, so the location is very convenient, but it's undeniable that the hotel is what you would expect for the price. That said, the front desk staff were not unfriendly, and the room cleaning was not careless. Considering the value for money based on the easy access, it's an excellent choice if you won't be spending much time in the room during the day.
