“Disappointing”

This is the first time I review a hotel. I just have to get this out. My wife and I paid about P8k per night. Upon check in, we were told that the pool as well as the sauna, whirlpool and steam room were all under renovation. One of the reasons we came here was to use those same facilities. Then the condition of the room was far below what one would reasonably expect even for a cheaper room. The TV was far too complicated to use. Some wall outlets were not working and one of them was falling out of the wall. The bathtub fixtures were broken. The bathtub wall was dirty. The toilet did not flush properly. I could go on. We had stayed here years prior and it was fine. Sadly, this is no longer the case. Another put off was having to go through the security screening every time we entered the hotel. I understand that there's a need to protect the casino but as non gambling hotel guests coming and going, it became annoying. Great staff though.

“The best hotel in Manila that goes beyond value for money.”

The hotel condition is very good for the price. The hotel restaurant is also very satisfying. It is a bit smaller compared to Okada and Solaire, but the casino and tourist accessibility are both satisfactory.

“Enjoyable trip to Manila”

Very good hygiene conditions and friendly staff. I had a pleasant trip because Korea Town and Intramuros are close by. I had some fun at the casino for a bit and was happy to win a little money. Hahaha

“Good hotel”

Staff is excellent!! Beds are comfortable with nice pillows, good water pressure and hot water. Very Clean and smells great. The only problems were I wasn’t informed they will be drilling ( hammer drilling ) and hammering at 8:15 in the morning after getting to bed at 5am and continuing all day. Had a problem with the TV out all day and they are still working on the swimming pool! But the entrance looks great and much better!! Improvements are coming I will stay again

“Reliable security and the convenience of nightlife locations.”

I have been using it since it was under the Hyatt name. While it is undeniable that it is aging, I choose to book here every time considering the good security and the convenient location for nightlife, shopping, and sightseeing. There are some nearby options like the Diamond and Sheraton, but I have ruled them out due to their location and prices. If we are talking about prices, there are the Executive and Riviera across the street, but I prefer this place for the sense of security it provides. I am looking forward to the completion of the courtyard pool.
