Disliked: ⭐ **Very Bad Experience – I Do Not Recommend This Hotel** I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life at **New Eagle Best Inn, Haputale**. The **room was not clean, and the washroom was also not clean**. More importantly, the way the **owner spoke to us and used inappropriate words was extremely disrespectful and unacceptable**. The overall experience was very disappointing and made us feel uncomfortable. I honestly regret choosing this place. ⚠️ **To anyone planning to stay here: please think carefully before booking. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this hotel.** I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and improves both the cleanliness and the way guests are treated.

Disliked: Very disappointing experience. I stayed on 01/05/2026 and had booked a double room with a balcony through Booking.com for $10. However, upon arrival, I was given a low-floor room of much lower quality that did not match the booking at all. The room itself was also concerning, as it did not have a proper door lock from the outside, which felt unsafe. When we asked the staff about the change, they were unhelpful and unprofessional. The staff member also mentioned that since it was a long weekend, they could easily sell the room to someone else for a higher price. This kind of response is unacceptable and shows a lack of basic customer service. Overall, a very poor experience and not recommended.
