“Excellent”

Give attention on the Gen. cleaning of your rooms. And try to air out the rooms. Had to call the attention of front desk since the pillows we used had an “kulob” smell. The rest was ok. Food, Staff ans Service

“Do not like preferential guests treatment for their spa facilities”

Breakfast- so so if you like local flavors plenty of choice but not western continental choices. Rooms are damp so all linens, beddings and pillows has musky smell and carpets are damp. Even your clothes hung in closet will smell. All their staffs are great but management has very poor outlook for guests with different category. Only guests who booked suites get to enjoy inhouse spa with discounts. If that is the case please do not indicate in AGODA your hotel providing SPA services to all guests as only specific class and category of guests. The services that you provide is misleading. Will I come back to this hotel or recommend….? No. I do not support any businesses that has such poor outlook.

“Excellent Stay at New World Makati Hotel!”

Had a wonderful experience at New World Makati Hotel! The staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel’s facilities were excellent. The location is also very convenient, with shopping malls, restaurants, and other attractions nearby. Overall, a fantastic stay with great service and hospitality. Highly recommended, and would definitely stay here again!
