Disliked: Rooms heat could not be turned down

Hotel desejou a desejar na Limpesa do quarto. Encontramos um “bolo de cabelo” no chão q permaneceu por toda nossa estadia. Café da manhã razoável apesar de muitos itens falta opções de pães.. A classificação de 04 estrelas não condiz com o hotel principalmente por ser um NH.

Liked: Very good location. Very good and ample family room. Ok breakfast. Very good bed. Slept really well.

Disliked: Lacking a bit of maintenance in the room. A bit of smell maybe from the restaurant below. No view.

Disliked: Took a long time to get hot water for shower. Staff was great. Lobby is Under construction.

Liked: It’s in the city center so it’s close to shops and restaurants. Also tours pick up from this hotel. They provided bottled water and a magnifying mirror which wasn’t offered in Puerto Iguazu and Buenos Aires hotels in which we stayed.

Disliked: There was renovation in the lobby when we were there so it was dusty and noisy. Also the window in our room opened by itself in the middle of the night since it was windy and it was hard to lock.

Liked: Staff was excellent. food was good

Disliked: room was cold, plumbing fixtures are NOT properly trapped, allowing dangerous and terrible smelling sewer gas to freely enter the bathroom. Shower door is installed backwards ( should always open out), and shower temperature goes hot to cold

Liked: Absolutely gorgeous building. Wood all around, so cozy and warm in every space. The bartending staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, even showing up right at last call. The reception staff made sure to take care of all of our needs. The heated pool with views of the lake were divine. If you book a lake view suite you will NOT be disappointed! Excellent location near the civic center and major bus lines, and close to the start of avenida Bustillo so that you can start your magical drive into Circuito Chico. Would book it again every time!

Liked: The staff were friendly, helpful, and did their best to assist throughout the stay.

Disliked: Unfortunately, the overall experience did not match the price. The pool - one of the main reasons we booked, was not working for the first two days due to maintenance, with no prior notice. The room key system was unreliable, with only one of the two keys working consistently. The mattresses and synthetic duvets were very low quality and uncomfortable. In the bathroom, the soap/gel holder was broken and coming off the wall, and the soap dispensers were difficult to use. Overall, many details felt cheap and poorly maintained, giving the impression of cost-cutting rather than proper hospitality.
