NH Prague City

The hotel isn't located right in the city center, and it's about a 10-minute walk from the metro. We had a comfortable, quiet, and exceptionally clean room featuring what might be the largest king-size bed in all of Prague. The hotel's amenities fully met our high expectations. If you want to experience a romantic weekend in Prague, this hotel is the perfect choice.

Hotel lobby very noisy. Our room was on the 7th floor and due to atrium design, the lobby noise emanated all through the hotel including on our 7th floor level. Room was cosy and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located on a hill so walking up from the tram stop is a little strenuous. We managed to find parking in the adjacent street so saved on the hotel parking fee. Overall a fairly pleasant stay. Prague is a beautiful city full of culture

It was good location but the hotel was very outdated I would say very old interiors tbh but I guess thats what u get when u pay less price haha so I guess its fair and they were already closing the breakfast when I was still eating which I thought was pretty rude

There’s a Tesco nearby for shopping and supplies, and the RegioJet bus stop to Český Krumlov is an 8-minute walk away — very convenient. The breakfast is tasty and plentiful. A taxi to the airport costs about TWD 800 and takes around 22 minutes, which is very convenient. Rooms are not cleaned daily; they give a voucher for a drink that can be redeemed for beer or a beverage at the RED BAR.

First night in a family room — the floor was all worn through and the atmosphere was creepy... It felt gloomy and scary. I booked it because it said sofa bed, but it wasn’t a fold-out bed at all, it was literally just a sofa. If that had been the case I wouldn’t have booked this room. Even though three of us were booked, there were no bedding items prepared for three people. You have to call reception and request things one by one, but getting through by phone was like trying to catch a star. When we did request housekeeping, a Czech staff member who couldn’t speak a word of English threw the items down in anger and left. The bathroom is right next to the bed and it smelled so foul I couldn’t sleep. The problem is the bedding — duvets, pillows, towels all smelled like old sweat. They need to change their laundry service or take action. Some duvets had holes or tears, and stains that wouldn’t come out. Towels were prepared for two people, so we had to contact reception again, which took forever. On the second day I really wanted to change hotels, but I had to care for two small children by myself, so reluctantly we moved to a standard deluxe room. That room was much cleaner and better overall, but the torn duvets and stained linens were the same. The bedding was still set up for two people, and when we asked for extra bedding and pillows the Czech housekeeper who couldn’t speak English angrily threw them down and left. Reception always seemed short-staffed and there were about ten people in line to check in. Most guests were elderly British or groups of Chinese tourists. A positive: the two single beds pushed together made a large bed, and breakfast included fried eggs and made-to-order coffee. The barista and the egg cook were the friendliest staff in the whole hotel. The location is close to downtown but you have to pass under an overpass that smells of urine — it’s unpleasant to walk through.
