“The room prices on Agoda are a bit unrealistic.”
The room price if contacting the guesthouse directly is 700,000 VND per night, while Agoda lists it at over 1,500,000 VND per night, with a discount of more than 50%, reducing it to 720,000 VND per night. This is a trap, not a real promotion from the guesthouse. If this is done with the majority of guesthouses, resorts... it will erode customers' trust when looking for accommodation on Agoda. Sorry for being blunt about this.

“Nah!!!”
No lifts, the basin tap on the 4th floor is a drizzle, no bum gun, only a quarter used toilet roll. (I guess everyone uses the shower). He will give you bottled water instead of change. 2 Wi fis, one for the top floors and one for the bottom floors (Not linked). 1 electric outlet near the door. No fridge. (There should be for the current price). Funky sweaty bad smell throughout the whole building. No fresh air, no windows. (No air flow at all). Airconditioning 2 settings on/off (The remote control doesn't work) Over priced. Do not pay more than (150- 180k). Over charged for a taxi booked by the hotel.. better hotels around the corner.

“Welcoming, friendly, and comfy.”
Liked: Super friendly, welcoming, and accommodating staff. They helped me arrange a few things that I was having difficulties with, extra thanks. Location is great, room was clean and comfy. If staying in Ha Tien, this should be the place.

“Some problems in the Guesthouse”
We were in the Guesthouse for one night. We booked a deluxe double room and we had a small room without window and smaller than the size that appears in agoda. A part from that it was some karaoke at night and we had some problems in the morning for leaving the Guesthouse because the outside door was closed with key.

Clean room, right by the night market, very convenient to move to other places, the host is very enthusiastic and lovely, I will stay here again next time.
