“No acceptance of legal Vietnamese identification for a foreigner”

TRC identity car not accepted as legal identification, insisted on receiving a passport, even though I spent the money obtaining a temporary residence card they made their own policies that this is not acceptable for their Hotel had I not brought my passport with me from an hour away, they would’ve canceled my booking and I would’ve had nowhere to stay. The temporary residence card is legal identifier and and limits me having to use my passport whilst living in Vietnam, a Vietnamese citizen can walk in with their ID card and it is accepted without a passport. I think the hypocrisy is less than satisfactory and for that reason I would not recommend this hotel.

“A good hotel in Nha Trang”

This was the second time that we have stayed in the hotel. It was clean as usual and everything works fine. The staff were great. Nice sea view from our room. However, the food was not great.

“Excellent location and amazing swimming pool”

I had a comfortable experience thanks to the swimming pool and pleasant environment at the accommodation. The friendly attitude of the staff made for an enjoyable trip. The rooms were clean, and the Wi-Fi was occasionally a bit unstable but there were no issues using it. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. It was good enough that I would consider choosing it for my next trip as well. Thanks to this, it turned out to be a happy trip of 3 nights and 5 days.
