Niagara hotel

처음 방문하였는데 뷰도 좋고 객실 청결상태도 모두 좋았습니다.

깨끝하고 전경도좋고 조용하고~~

It's about a 10-minute walk from the station along the road. The building is older, but the rooms have been renovated and are clean. Compared with hotels in Seoul's entertainment districts, the rooms are more spacious. The shared areas like the corridors and entrance feel a bit dark. There's a highway and the Han River nearby. My room was on a low floor so the view was disappointing, but higher floors might be nice.

The staff’s handling at check-in was truly disappointing. I specifically requested a high floor and a quiet room, but none of that was accommodated, and I was horrified by comments implying guests are judged by how much they pay. I won’t go back and I don’t recommend it.

직원분들도 친절하시고 전망도 좋고 방도 청결하고 조용해서. 이용 숙소중 가장 만족스러워 자주 이용하고 있습니다

항상 편안하게 묵고 깁니다~

The room had two large windows with a wide view of the Han River in a quiet location, so it felt very open. The room was more spacious than I expected, and the night view from the room was beautiful. The staff were very friendly, and there was a separate pickup spot for deliveries, so it seemed convenient for eating delivery food. However, when I first checked in I didn’t notice this, but there was a piece of cake left by the previous guest inside a trash bag in the bin. I can understand that can be a mistake — I didn’t notice it right away either. Also, above the headboard there were a lot of flakes — maybe from remodeling or interior materials — and a lot of dust, so I ended up cleaning it all myself with a lint roller I bought at the Daiso near Eomchang Station. If they paid a bit more attention to the cleaning, this could be an even nicer hotel.

It's about a 5-minute walk from the station and bus stop. Although it's around 30 minutes from central Seoul by subway or bus, there are convenience stores, barbecue restaurants, and a Burger King nearby, so I think it's a hotel where you won't have trouble during your stay.
