“Excellent stay!!”
Liked: Excellent staff! We had a personal issue and the staff helped us to sort it out without affecting our scheduled travel plans. These are the little details that makes a huge difference for any traveler.

“Great for a couple of nights”
Great hotel with amazing view. Facilities are a bit outdated but great nonetheless. Real fire pit inside the room. Jacuzzi also in your bathroom. Small park for your kids. Our flight left really early and they packed us breakfast to go. About 10-15 to city center - you can Uber

“Amazing room, decent spa.”
Liked: The view from the room is incredible. Loved the fireplace, the ready made wood and the comfy bed.
Disliked: The spa area is a bit worn down. Needs window washing, renovations.

“Exceptional”
Liked: I really loved my stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing — very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was also a highlight: very comfortable and spacious, which made the stay even better. The location was perfect for me. It’s not right in downtown, so the area is quiet and relaxing, but it’s still close enough to downtown that getting there was very easy. I think it was the perfect balance between convenience and a peaceful place to stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: The only thing I felt could be improved was the breakfast. There weren’t many options to choose from, so I think having a bit more variety would make the experience even better. That said, the pastries, cakes, and sweets were excellent and definitely one of the highlights of the breakfast.

“Ok place, I would have expected more comfortable stay for the price we paid.”
Liked: Location, room temperature. Hot water.
Disliked: Very few electric outlets, furniture needed maintenance. Internet: terrible service!

“Great place, comfy, beautiful and spacious rooms”
Liked: Rooms were superb, always clean, good heating system, nice view from the window, the pit fire was always ready and easy of use, no smoke towards the room. The breakfast was good overall, they change little things so you don’t always eat the same.
Disliked: 3 things, first, the fact the there’s no cover for cars and/or for waking from the rooms to the spa/cafeteria, this bothers a bit since you have to be all dressed up to go to the cafe every morning, especially because of rain/snow. Second, the black coffee, I already experienced this in other hotels in Bariloche, black coffee is just bad sorry, I don’t think there’s a strong culture of gourmet/specialty grains for the coffee. Third, the scrambled eggs are good but they could easily increase the variety with avocado/seasonings/omelet/tomato/etc… I think it would create a more diverse menu
